Phillip is a master audio technician and tech director who proficiently runs the tech department at Kami-Con and Kami-Con HAI. He invests time in training new staff outside of work year round despite the conventions only being two weekends a year. These efforts have resulted in the tech department growing and many staff in the department gaining enough knowledge to become full time audio visual technicians with other companies.
